On March 6, 2025, ADI, a giant in the analog chip field, announced a major decision to terminate the agency cooperation relationship with MT Microelectronics in Chinese Mainland.

This change means that from mid to late April,  MT Microelectronics will no longer process all order transactions related to ADI. For  MT Microelectronics , this is undoubtedly another major blow after losing the agency rights of TI (Texas Instruments) in 2022, and once again encountering the "supply cut" of international giants.

 MT Microelectronics took the initiative to issue a statement: "According to ADI's notification, the final date for our company to deliver ADI products to your company is July 26, 2025. In addition, ADI requires our company to issue all purchase orders to ADI no later than late April. To ensure smooth supply of ADI products to your company during the transfer of agent business, our company will immediately establish close contact and communication with the responsible company: confirm all ADI product requirements of your company, and complete the purchase order operation for both parties before mid April It is worth noting that  MT Microelectronics  has topped the list of the world's largest agents for the first time in its recently released 2024 financial report. However, in the face of ADI's decision to cut off supply,  MT Microelectronics  has shown a positive attitude in response. In the statement,  MT Microelectronics  stated that it will immediately engage in close communication and contact with relevant customers to confirm the demand for all ADI products, and plans to complete the purchase order operation with customers before mid April. This change undoubtedly has a certain impact on the business of  MT Microelectronics , but  MT Microelectronics 's proactive and responsive attitude also demonstrates its professional competence and sense of responsibility in the industry.
